Queenin’ It Mentoring Program is an after-school program specifically created for 12-17 year old Black girls in Washington DC. Our curriculum-based programming is defined by our three pillars: self actualization, self care and wellness, and academic success. With your help, Queenin’ It will be able to support more young ladies reach their full potential and make their dreams a reality.
Currently, Queenin’ It is partnered with the DC Dream Center in SE Washington DC as well as the Boys and Girls Club at The Arc also in SE Washington DC. We are in the process of expanding our programming to DC’s public schools. As we are steadily growing, we are always in need of volunteers.
If you are available on weekdays from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm, or 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, please complete the volunteer application below:
